Training & COVID-19 Advice
To keep everyone safe we have a number of processes to adhere to this season.
Please take collective and individual reponsibility for all at MHHC.
DO NOT PLAY IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SELF ISOLATE, OR IF YOU SHOW SUSPECTED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
Training booking forms
For track and trace requirements all participants at training must book in advance for each individual session they wish to attend. The booking forms will be updated every Thursday with the sessions for the following week. Please use the links below to book a place and sign-up at least an hour before the session is due to start. England Hockey Participation Agreement
Anyone wanting to be involved in ANY hockey activity MUST sign the England Hockey Participation Agreement BEFORE they train or play (this only needs to be done once), where they agree to the terms and conditions and Code of Ethics and Behaviours.
Data from all hockey activity at MHHC will be sent to England Hockey in line with the COVID-19 processes. The Data Privacy Statement relating to sharing this information can be found here: Data Privacy Statement
England Hockey Advice
Before you play or train, please read the England Hockey Step 4 Advice for Participants, which can be found here: England Hockey Advice for Participants
Spectators
Spectators are not permitted on the pitch or inside the surrounding fence. There is plenty of space (and seats) to watch from behind the fence. Parents of younger juniors are asked to stay for the duration of the session, and to accompany them if they need to visit the toilet.
Who to Contact
If anythings changes—you become unwell, need to self-isolate, or live in an area where the restrictions have changed—please contact the MHHC Covid Officer (email: [email protected]) as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Many thanks,
MHHC Committee
