The Annual General Meeting will now take place on Wednesday May 9th 2012 at Welland Park Community College in Room A8 ( End of New English / Maths Block) starting at 7.30pm prompt.

Order of business to run as written in the agenda as attached to your email. You are reminded that all resolutions and propositions to amend the Constitution must be in writing, signed by the Proposer, Seconder and to be with the Secretary by Wednesday April 25th 2012. A copy of the Constitution is available from the Secretary on request. (Carly Parr)

Tomorrows AGM is cancelled and will now be on next Wednesday the 9th May. I'll confirm room etc asap but its the same as the one oin the email.
