A great performance by the 10 men of the 3s today, but unfortunately we lost 3-1.
Some strong defending by Simon, Wilf, and Alex, saw us hold the score for a long time at 0-0 but we eventually went down 2 goals. Some great work rate by Phil and Louis helped us to turn things around and stop them for a while.
Dave and Manmeet covered so much ground and it eventually paid off when Noel got a goal back with a signature 316 strike from a short corner.
We continued to push forward with Martyn working hard up front, but the equaliser just would not come. As we started to run out of steam they managed to grab a third goal to put it out of reach. A great overall team performance and shows we can do well in this league.
