Training 2023/24

Training restart dates

New and returning players welcome!

We will be running a couple of Preseason Training sessions on 22 & 23 August 2023, open to all aged 13-years-old and over. 

  • Preseason WOMEN – Tuesday 22 August, 19:30 – 21:00 – CANCELLED
  • Preseason MEN – Wednesday 23 August, 19:30 – 21:00

Preseason sessions are charged per session, with reduced fees for members and concessions. See our Club Membership page for full details. Regular winter training sessions will restart the following week. 


Winter training – from w/c 28 August 2022

  • WOMEN (open to all aged 13+) – Tuesdays, 19:30 – 21:00
  • MEN, 1st & 2nd team (invite only) – Wednesdays, 19:30 – 21:00
  • MEN, 3rd & 4th teams (open to all aged 13+) – Thursdays, 19:30 – 21:00
  • JUNIORS – Wednesdays, 17:30 – 19:00

Please note the new times of 19:30 – 21:00 for senior training sessions.

All ages and abilities are welcome to join us at training. Senior training is open to players aged 13-years-old and over. 

League matches begin on Saturday 16 September 2023.
