The MHHC AGM will take place on Monday 4 April at 7:30pm via video conferencing. The link to access the meeting will be sent to registered individuals before the meeting (please see below for the registration details). The AGM is expected to take between 30 minutes and an hour, please spare some of your time to join in. Order of business to run as written in the Constitution.
All suggestions to amend the Constitution must be sent to the Secretary by Sunday 27 March 2022. A copy of the Constitution is available from the Secretary by request, or can be found on the Club website, here.
We will be electing the Officers and Committee members for next year. Any Club member (or parent of a Junior member) is eligible to stand for a position. If you would like to get involved with the running of MHHC you can find a list of volunteer roles on the Club website, here.
There are a number of vacant Officer and Committee positions that will need filling, especially Chair, Treasurer and Vice Chair.
Please reply to this email if you are interested in any of the positions or if you would like to volunteer in any way—whether it is for an Officer, Committee, volunteer role, a role that you think will help the Club continue to move forward, or if you are just available to occasionally lend a hand.

Any questions in advance can be sent to the Secretary and/or Chair by email no later than Sunday 27 March 2022 for consideration.
If you are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy, you MUST inform the Secretary in advance of the AGM of who will be voting on your behalf.
